Selection procedure of our personnels
For super-effective security and facility management services, here's how the Recruitment and Training Process of the personnel is done-
Recruitment
It is done as per the format specially designed catering to the physical and educational aspects of the prospects. Besides, stress is laid to his background with an eye on his past employment records which is done through references and also police/personal verification.
Training
The training is based on two principles viz., Intelligence and Control. It begins with basic training and is imparted until an individual is perfectly trained. It is then followed by lessons on uniform and ethics that are required to be followed.
Equipment
We use Flipper Machines/ Single Disc Scrubber Machines/ High Pressure Water Cleaning Machine/ Scrubber and Dryer Machines/ Vacuum Cleaners and other traditional equipments as and when required. Our security staff is also well trained in using Metal Detectors/ CC Cameras/ Walkie Talkie and other security gadgets.
