TRAINING FACILITIES
For a super-effective Facility Management Services organization, training of the security / other personnel with most exacting standards is a must. This is why we at P.K. Services & P.K. Security Services provide with a specially designed training program to all our staff to meet the client needs. Training is an integral part of our modern facility considering Recruitment, Training and Administration.
RECRUITMENT
It is done as per the format specially designed catering to the physical and educational standards of the prospective staff. Besides focus is laid to do a proper background check with an eye on his past history and employment with a view to rule out the entry of undesired persons. This is done through references and also police/personnel verification.
TRAINING
Basic training is imparted and the bearing of a raw person is perfected. He is taught to put on uniform, how to stand at attention and at ease and to salute. The person is then acquainted with the means, active and passive, that allow to conduct activities within the organization without disruption. The training is based on two principles viz., Intelligence and Control.
EQUIPMENTS
We use Flipper machines / Single Disc Scrubber Machines / High Pressure Water Cleaning Machine / Scrubber and Dryer Machines / Vacuum Cleaners and other traditional equipments as and when required to keep the premises neat and clean. Our security staffs are well Trained to use Metal Detectors / Metal Detectors Gate / CC Cameras / Walkie Talkie and other security gadgets as and when required
ADMINISTRATION
Administration of the men is our responsibility. We look after their recruitment training, leave, wages, ESI and PF and any other legal responsibility such as retrenchment etc. The enterprise is at liberty to direct us to remove, replace any of our men at any time not suited to its needs by giving a reasonable cause/ notice. Thus the clients are relieved of the entire administrative set up.
We have a Central Control System. Our field staff are equipped with communication skills to meet emergent situations of our clients. Beside we are planning to introduce a centrally computerized monitoring system, to give the best to our clients, as part of our modernization initiative.
